APPROVAL TYPE: Federal Aviation Administration STC and PMA (eliminating the need for field approval).

STC NUMBER: SA00103WI

APPLICABLE AIRCRAFT: Cessna 401, 401A, 401B, 402, 402A, 402B, 402C, 411, 411A, 414, 414A, 421, 421A, 421B, 421C, and 425.

INSTALLATION: Initial installation can be accomplished in approximately 8 hours, including documentation. Existing heated windshield (if installed) must be rendered "inoperative" before this STC can be installed. Complete installation instructions and diagrams are included. Removal or installation, as dictated by changes in the weather conditions or seasons, requires only 10 minutes.

LIMITATIONS: Hot Plate may not be used for flight into "known icing" conditions.

LEAD TIME: Kits are normally in stock and available for immediate world-wide shipment. However, fluctuations in demand may cause up to a 90 day delivery delay.
